The Power of Three Talents

This was my second shooting using the Nikon D50 and again it brought me results that raised my eyebrows. For this shoot, I worked with model Reese Spence. She'd added me on Facebook, and after perusing her photos to see whether her profile was real (lol)...I was struck by her look and immediately posted my invitation to a test shooting!

I was really eager to work with her and luckily God worked out all the details! Shortly after I got in contact with Rhesa Lessey of RAL designs who sorted out wardrobe, hair and makeup! Shooting with Reese was a bit exploratory at first, but once she got familiar with me, we produced some of my most powerful imagery. Special thanks to Jhivan Pargass for assistance with light.

Makings of a Model: Walter Romany

So, this is my first post for the blog and I thought it would be fitting to start from a point where I've found a renewed love for the art of Photography. This was my first, and very exploratory shoot with DSLR technology, a Nikon D50 to be precise, on loan from the UWI Photography Club.

This particular shoot was with my friend Walter Romany, who hopefully will continue working past this modest debut. A very helter skelter day it was. Stylist absent, theme changed...but it all worked out for good. Special thanks to Mario Francis for the much needed assistance that day.
